Although you should use the principles laid out in the GOV.UK guidance, you'll need to contact us for pre-application discussions or to make your application.

Waste recovery plan assessment

There is a fixed charge of £800 to assess a new, varied or revised waste recovery plan. This charge is separate to any permit application charge. 

You can send your plan to us for assessment before you apply for a permit, or at the same time as applying for a permit.
