A number of new unapproved moorings have recently been observed deployed within the Conservancy.

Mariners are advised that new moorings within the Dee Conservancy require Harbour Authority registration, primarily to ensure safe navigation is maintained and the navigable channel is not compromised.

Mariners are further advised that under the new Dee Conservancy (No2) Harbour Revision Order 2023 which came into force 12th July 2023, non-approved moorings may be removed by the authority, subject to a 28-day notice period being advised.
