Internal drainage district audit

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Sections 29 and 30 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004

Afon Conwy; Afon Ganol; Ardudwy Marsh; Borth Bog; Dysynni; Harlech & Maentwrog; Llanfrothen; Malltreath Marsh; Glaslyn Pensyflog; Mawddach & Wnion; Tywyn; Powysland; Gwent Internal Drainage Districts

From 10th July 2023 to 4th August 2023 Monday to Friday inclusive, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm any person interested, on application by emailing in the first instance catherine.allan@cyfoethnaturiolcymru.gov.uk at Natural Resources Wales, 29 Newport Road, Cardiff CF24 0TP, may inspect and make copies of the accounts and all specified documents of the above named Districts for the year ended 31 March 2023.

On or after 9th August 2023, the Appointed Auditor, Wales Audit Office, 24 Cathedral Road, Heol y Gadeirlan, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ, at the request of any Local Government Elector for the area to which the accounts relate, will give the Elector or his representative an opportunity to question him about the accounts, and such Elector or his representative may attend before the Auditor and make objection to any of the Accounts.
