Vale of Glamorgan Hotel Limited - Full abstraction

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Vale of Glamorgan Hotel Limited for a full licence to abstract water from an underground strata at National Grid References ST 04407 79099 and ST 04488 78694 near The Vale Resort, Hensol Park, Hensol, Vale of Glamorgan. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates and periods for use in irrigation: 2.92 cubic metres an hour, 70 cubic metres a day and 25,550 cubic metres a year, all year.
